Enjoy a lively and melodious afternoon of beautiful tunes including Last Rose of Summer, Danny Boy, Molly on the Shore plus exquisite music of Mozart and Vaughn Williams in a beautiful setting.

The Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra Chamber Ensemble featuring Harriet Thompson Moore, harp; Joyce Wilson, flute; Peter Vickery, violin

This concert is FREE due to a generous grant from the Wabash Valley Community Foundation.

We celebrate the year of astronomy (2009) in collaboration with the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. Holst’s spectacular and ground-breaking evocation of the planets was a model for John Williams as he wrote the music for Star Wars.
