Usher - Ushers hand out programs and help patrons find their seats in the auditorium before the concert. Each usher will receive a seating chart. At the end of the concert, ushers help guide patrons to the exits and gather left over programs.
Coat Check - coat check managers will help organize the coat check and give patrons a coat check number when they drop off a coat before the concert. At the end of a concert, coat check managers will help patrons retrieve their coats per their coat check number.
Accessible Parking Service (APS) - APS volunteers will help manage checking in car reservations in the Visitor Lot on 7th St and Larry Bird Ave and assist patrons to golf carts that will be available to take patrons to the Tilson Auditorium elevator behind Tirey Hall. APS is split into 2 shifts: before the concert and after the concert.
