Greene County Foundation Chamber Series: Dances from Many Lands with the Angelus Duo

The THSO is thrilled to partner with the Greene County Foundation to bring chamber ensembles featuring THSO musicians to Greene County during the 23-24 season! Ensembles will visit local schools and share public performances for Greene County residents.

The Angelus Duo is coming to Jasonville, IN! Join us on Monday November 13 at 6pm at Lawton Street Christian Church for an evening of dance music performed by THSO Principal Harp Melanie Mashner and her sister, flutist Melissa Mashner. Program includes works by Gluck, Salzedo, Persichetti, Debussy, Taki, Bizet, and more! The duo will also visit Shakamak Elementary School from 12:30-2:30pm and share an educational program about different types of dances from around the world.

This chamber series is made possible in part by the Brown County Community Foundation, Indiana Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
