An Indianapolis based arts foundation has granted funding to the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra (THSO) in support of continuing the arts in West Central Indiana.
The Allen Whitehill Clowes Charitable Foundation, Inc.,(AWCCF) is a private foundation with a mission, “to support charitable organizations that promote or preserve the Arts and Humanities and those that were supported by Mr. Clowes during his life or are similar to those supported by Mr. Clowes.”

The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) announced it has awarded $9,530 to the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra through the Arts Organization Support grant program. The Commission also awarded the Terre Haute Symphony a $1,000 merit award. The Commission awarded $1,000 merit awards to 52 organizations receiving Arts Organization Support to recognize their innovation and dedication to providing public benefit in the last year.

The Terre Haute Symphony is thrilled to announce their 96th Season titled Sights, Sounds & Stories, complete with the return of Disney in Concert to the Tilson Auditorium stage! The THSO’s 2021-2022 season is guaranteed to be filled to the brim with wonderful stories, beautiful music, and world-class guest artists.
