Bourbon and Blues Presented by the Terre Haute Casino Resort

The Terre Haute Symphony and the Terre Haute Casino Resort bring Bourbon & Blues to Terre Haute on Friday, January 23, 5pm-9pm, featuring St. Louis Blues artist Brian Curran! Attendees will enjoy bourbon, wine, and spirits tastings from 16 vendors, appetizers, a cash bar, and a bourbon basket raffle with select products from each vendor. All proceeds from the event directly benefit the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra’s mission of providing Great Music! Close to Home in Terre Haute and the Wabash Valley. 

Brian Curran

Brian Curran has been studying blues and fingerstyle guitar for over 20 years. He keeps his feet planted firmly in the sounds of the past but is not afraid to put his own stamp on the music he loves. He has performed at some of the region’s top venues including Off Broadway, The Pageant, B.B.'s Jazz Blues & Soups and many more. On stage Brian puts on a great show and always gets the audience involved. He is known to sometimes tell as many stories and jokes to the listeners as songs. Altogether, whether solo or with a band, you can't go wrong no matter what your taste in music might be. Going to see Brian is just a plain old fun time. The event will showcase over 60 products available for tasting.

Tickets can be purchased at www.thso.org or by calling the Terre Haute Symphony office at (812) 242-8476. All tickets include appetizers. Tasting tickets include a tasting bracelet. General Admission entry is at 6:00pm. VIP entry is at 5:00pm. Ticket prices are: 

  • VIP Tasting - $60 

  • Includes 16 tastings, early entry, and a souvenir drink coaster 

  • VIP Non-Tasting - $25 

  • Includes early entry and a souvenir drink coaster 

  • General Admission Tasting - $45 

  • Includes 12 tastings 

  • General Admission Non-Tasting - $25 

All attendees must be over 21 and show ID at the door. Not a bourbon drinker? Guests can purchase a Non-Tasting ticket and purchase their favorite drink at the cash bar.
